The start of the 24/25 season is approaching with the arrival of one of the best players in the world to LaLiga: Kylian Mbappe. Here’s what you need to know about the end of the current season and the beginning of the 24/25 season.
All cards for the new season will be updated in terms of their category and abilities, making them new cards. However, all users will retain their cards from the previous year and will have the opportunity to include one of them in their 24/25 team lineup to play matches.
You will be able to distinguish previous season cards in your lineup because their appearance will be different from the new season cards.
As compensation, users who participated in LaLiga Clash during the 23/24 season will receive up to four extra cards based on the progress made in the previous year. For example, if you obtained legendary cards in your team, you will receive a corresponding Legendary card from the new 24/25 cards.
Please note that you will also retain the legendary cards obtained in the previous season, but you will only be able to align one of them in your 24/25 season team.
Cards that have editions in both the 23/24 and 24/25 seasons will be updated to their 24/25 version if you obtain these cards in chests and other rewards. You will receive extra cards for the 24/25 card counter as compensation for updating the card. Remember, for this, you must have the 23/24 edition of that card in your team.
Regarding game progress, COINS and CASH will be retained in users’ accounts. Stars, level, and divisions will be reset, and all users will start their progress from 0, with the advantage of having extra cards that new users in the game will not initially have.
User-created Clubs and their members will be maintained. This way, you won’t have to worry about finding your current Club members again, and you can participate in events as soon as the new season starts.
